Onom: Urbanwear for free spirits
Singularity, eccentricity, a nomadic spirit, and the desire of knowledge. All this is Onom, an Italian brand created from the encounter of two wandering souls who share an exciting visionary experience. Ermanno Delli Rocili’s and Charlotte Allezy’s destinies crossed paths in 2014 in Amsterdam while they were both working for Iris Van Herpen. A creative duo that, in just four years time, has been dedicated to research and experimentation and to founding the Onom project in 2018.
The collection is a successful rendezvous between urbanwear and travelwear with 100% Made in Italy garments and accessories. Everything is interchangeable and transformable but with the utmost versatility when it comes to gender and use. Unisex pieces include details inspired by outdoor gear, such as an oversized jacket that rolls up into pouch and becomes a rucksack, or trousers gathered at the waist that evoke the vintage style of pioneers from the past. The color palette is neutral – air force blue, sage, and colonial beige – and alternates with touches of spicy orange, defining the urban explorer outfit in its 2.0 version.
