The collaboration between Simona Ripamonti and Martino Midali was born under the sign of 1970’s rock
The Italian fashion designer Martino Midali has been passionate about art and design for a lifetime. Therefore, he enthusiastically accepted a proposal by Simona Ripamonti, a young designer who has always been passionate about fashion and music and in particular rock music, to create a new limited edition capsule collection of bags. The main source of inspiration is the cover of a 1970’s music CD by the legendary British musical group Led Zeppelin, much loved by both designers. Graphic designs and hand-made patterns feature on the bags of the “Signature Bag” collection, launched by the brand in 2016 and already in itself rather “arty”.
Revisited both in terms of shape and packaging, each style of the new capsule collection is recognizable also thanks to a special serial number as well as to an evocative image of the unique graphic design that refers to Pop Art for each bag. Colour, graphic design, rock: these are the key words of this brand new exciting collection.
