VSP: luxury and sensitivity

Wandering amidst terraces and ateliers in the heart of the Marais, we arrived at 19, Rue Debelleyme where the first VSP flagship store opened a few months ago. A sober space that combines organic and futuristic design and where high tech and wood coexist in perfect balance. The same balance that characterises the three different collections by the brand: the mainline VSP, the energetic and innovative PEACE by VSP, and the latest VSP Chalayan, a capsule collection created in collaboration with Hussein Chalayan.

 

The understated elegance of the VSP mainline is dedicated to elegant women with a contemporary and well-defined style through leathers and special fabrics with hypermodern finishes. With a strong communicative impact conveying topical messages, PEACE by VSP is the expression of youth culture. Bomber jackets, oversize shorts, a tomboy attitude and workwear references express pure communicative passion and a drive towards the future thanks to slogans such as “RISE for PEACE”. VSP Chalayan is characterised by the minimalism of shapes and volumes as well as details on leathers with full-bodied textures: it retraces the taste for architectural and asymmetrical cuts that both Kadri Soygül, VSP creative director of VSP, and Hussein Chalayan prefer. For the last 25 years VSP has been representing Turkish high end fashion thanks to its leathers and ingenious mix of craftsmanship and innovation that creates extremely refined womenswear and accessories collections where luxury, creativity and awareness messages coexist harmoniously.

 

The result are emotional products to the eye and to the touch thanks to a creative synergy between design and craftsmanship that moulds leathers, shearling, fabrics. With showrooms in Milan and Düsseldorf, VSP is sold in the most prestigious stores in 14 different countries across the world.
