The Buddha-Bar Hotel Paris, the result of an ambitious project that brings together French hospitality and excellence with Asian spa philosophy, is located in a prestigious 18th century building, a stone’s throw from Madeleine and on corner of Rue Faubourg Saint Honoré.

The 5 star hotel has 56 rooms, including 19 suites, and has been designed to offer guests a unique experience that combines French art de vivre with exotic flavours that result from cultural, culinary, visual, olfactory and sensorial influences from the Far East.

Raymond Visan, who created the hotel concept twenty years ago, has been pursuing the simple yet revolutionary idea of the hotel as “a journey within a journey.” After starting up hotels in Prague and Budapest, BBH Sunset Party Mai 2015Visan launched himself into the Parisian experience with the project of a hotel that reflects the essence of the good life and meets all the expectations of guests who are looking for an unforgettable experience. A really cool space for a dream holiday in the City of Light. With a setting that mirrors Shanghai in the 1930’s, the hotel offers its guests a journey through space and time. With the greatest respect for the history of the building, the hotel concept pursues the aim of creating absolute peace, the same that can be found in Asian temples, thoroughly mixed with a splash of contemporary style. The architect François Wapler, who designed the project, managed to create a place totally dedicated to traveling, to comfort, to tranquility. The porch leading to the entrance is illuminated by 90 Chinese lanterns hanging from the ceiling and a mosaic dragon, representing life and strength, greets the guests in the lobby.
