Chefs and fashion creators together with the Bistrot 28 Posti initiative
The chef Marco Ambrosino is going to collaborate with fashion designers during Milan Fashion Week in September
From the 20th to the 26th of September during Milan Fashion Week, the chef Marco Ambrosino is offering a fixed price six-course menu at Bistrot 28 Posti restaurant in Street Corsico 1 in Milan . Every evening, there will be a different course created in collaboration with the following fashion designers: Vivetta, Paula Cademartori, Arthur Arbesser, Massimo Alba and Miahatami.
The initiative is by no chance called Food Runaway as it unites the worlds of gastronomy and fashion design. The special dish designed by the fashion designer and by the chef will be the first to be served during the evenings and will therefore be a kind of special welcome for the guests: the rest of the specifically designed for the fashion week menu will follow. The basic idea for Milan Fashion Week is to start from three ingredients, a main one and the other two sides. Fashion designers can decide whether to use them all or just some, and if they wish, they can add an ingredient ad hoc that is part of their own culinary tradition or that is for some reason a much loved ingredient.
