CHIC, the smart revolution

The autumn edition of the China International Fashion Fair (CHIC) put on show all the energy and potential of the textile sector. The spring edition is ready to continue on the same path

From March 16th to 18th at the National Exhibition and Convention in Shanghai, CHIC 2016 will integrate all the brands and sales channels in order to organise the best event possible . It will also help apparel brands to reposition themselves in the rapidly changing market by focusing on the diversity and relevance of the different sales channels through the expansion of franchising, the optimisation of the resources for department stores and shopping malls, the analysis of internet platforms, the organisation of sales network and other aspects.

In regards the more exquisitely fashion side, Mercedes-Benz China International Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2016 will insist on originality with over 90 brands, 65 from China and 28 from abroad, that are willing and ready to unveil their new collections.

Without a doubt, d’nim by Chen Wen, which expands the artistic and chromatic style of denim, mainly by using pink to enhance the visual effect of indigo, Jefen by Frankie, a collection of 32 garments inspired an Eden theme, and Toray by Liu Wei, a genuine hymn to freedom, are among the more interesting and special proposals.
