Chopard: the heart of luxury
Conscientious philanthropy to sustain tomorrow’s little adults
It is not often that the assiduous criticism of the harm caused by the fashion system finds confirmation: introduced in a perspective of advanced global pessimism, we are now led to concentrate exclusively on corruption. At Collezione however, we are delighted to be able to promote worthy projects such as that by Chopard.
Since 2013 the brand has boasted a series of projects and measures in the creation of a sustainable luxury, from an ethical and environmental point of view. The new initiative, which will be formally presented during the next edition of Pitti imagine Bimbo in Florence, is extremely laudable. An active and heartfelt participation, from a sympathetic and philanthropic point of view, has led Chopard to lend its signature (and the heart symbol) to an initiative aimed at improving the living conditions and education of children, ensuring the reconstruction of teaching structures and the availability of materials related to them.
More specifically, on this occasion, the brand has established a harmonious collaboration with the Andrea Bocelli Foundation, with the objective of rebuilding the “E. De Amicis” infants and junior schools in Muccia. A natural and instinctive choice, that will be able to guarantee the creation of the “Art, Science and Sustainability classroom” in the structure that was hit by an earthquake in 2016. Enhanced by the support of Eco Age, the handbook of sustainability outlined for educators, will aim to stimulate and educate new generations in an approach that is more responsible and aware.
