“How far will you go?” … with your dreams?

Have you ever had a dream so powerful that left you wondering how your mind is able to create something so beautiful and formidable? Have you ever stopped and admired a piece of art the making of which seemed literally impossible until an artist had the insane courage to think outside the box and make the impossible possible?

‘How far will you go?’ is the totally innovative exhibition at 21_21 Design Sight in Tokyo, the exhibition space founded by Issey Miyake, from June 23rd to October 1st.

Totally innovative because it is almost supernatural and because taking inspiration from every type of artistic work it leads the viewer to the question “How far can people who can imagine such things go?”.

The gallery space director Naoko Aono’s aim is to give visitors the opportunity to be imbued with sensations such as solemnity and amazement by the many works on display by artists of the likes of Christo, who created ‘The Floating Piers’ on Lake Iseo in Italy. A work that, like the others selected, encompasses the strength of those who have challenged social and economic circumstances and who, awakened the dreams of thousands of people thanks to humanity, collaboration, passion and determination.
