“Frammenti” of Italian beauty

The glamorous event in Civitavecchia, Rome, will return September 13th, combining culture and social commitment.

“Frammenti” will return on Wednesday, September 13th at 9pm, with all that is the beauty of Made in Italy.

Where creations are presented in between live performances by musicians and dancers on the 18th century staircase of Porta Livorno in Civitavecchia. A social commitment distinguishes this event, which has always,  since its first edition, contributed all proceeds from donations  to As.S.pro.Ha Onlus.

“Frammenti” will open with the unmistakable voice of actor and vocalist Luca Ward reading an invocation to Trajan by Pliny the Younger, followed by Roberto Guarducci, who, among his many experiences, worked for 20 years at the Fendi maison alongside Karl Lagerfeld.

Gianni Sapone, the “golden boy of the news wave of Italian Fashion”, is a fashion designer  born in Reggio Calabria who has an international view on fashion. His creative world is populated by fairies and magic and his experience in high fashion has led him to collaborate for years with the couturier master, Fausto Sarli. Sapone  will present a collection inspired by  women from the South.

Following will be Gerardo Sacco – originally from the city of Crotone – the king of jewels with works characterized by strong contaminations and a rich artistic and emotional vitality.

“Frammenti” will also propose two new lines of handmade jewelry woven with gold and silver threads. In celebrating his 20th year in the fashion business, the eminent Luigi Calamatta has created a collection that is dedicated to and inspired by the Etruscans.

Last but not least, Franco Ciambella, the fashion designer of the “Dream” in high fashion, will reveal his new collection inspired by Venus, with creative ideas taken from Lucretius’ poem, “De Rerum Natura”.
