MUBA presents “Di tutti i colori”: a series of events curated by Francesco Dondina

As part of the ‘Color: Playing with Light to discover Colours’ exhibition currently underway at MUBA in Milan, a series of monographic lectures on the theme of colour curated by Francesco Dondina intends to offer visitors and the community an opportunity for discussion on the theme of colour within artistic and non-artistic disciplines. As a matter of fact, colour is part of every aspect of our existence, from the perceptual and the cognitive to scientific evidence. The colour theme is of interest for adults and children, for scholars and specialists but also for curious people eager to find out more about the subject.

Professor Michel Pastoureau, art historian of French origins and expert in the field of colour symbology, opens the seminar program to be followed by Simona Segre Reinach, cultural anthropologist, sociologist and fashion expert. Then Riccardo Falcinelli, a highly esteemed Italian visual designer, author of the bestseller Cromorama and Professor of Psychology of Perception at the Sapienza University in Rome, and Giuseppe Mastromatteo, multimedia artist, Professor of visual communication and Creative Director of Ogilvy & Mather Italia.

Muba confirms itself as an important point of reference point and as a cultural initiative open to all within the Milanese culture milieu. Not just for young kids but also for all history, fashion anthropology, graphic design, visual communication lovers. All lectures are free: to book online visit www.muba.it.
