Quis Quis looks to the Far East

Even if for the first time in 32 years the brand by Stefano Cavalleri didn’t exhibit at Pitti Bimbo it closed the event in a sumptuous way

For the first time in 32 years Quis Quis, the brand by Stefano Cavalleri, did not show at Pitti Bimbo. It was nor a strategic choice or a move towards severing links with the trade show in Florence. The reasons besides the decision are connected to the fact that this season Quis Quis opened the selling campaign before Pitti Bimbo, unveiling the new collection to international press and buyers in its Milan brand showroom to meet the new market requirements in terms of timing.

Given the consolidated bond started more than three decades ago between the fashion designer and Pitti Bimbo, Cavalleri, in collaboration with “China & Italy”, opted for closing the three-day childrenswear event in Florence with a splendid fashion show in the magnificent location of Giardino Corsi. A candid white catwalk was created among the boxwood labyrinths and the classic Italian garden on which Chinese and Italian children wore the latest Quis Quis creations, including immaculate white dresses matched with tiaras and crowns, alongside beautiful red-haired children, always associated with the Stefano Cavalleri brand and once again focus of the new season advertising campaign.

A stunning sunny day among secular oak and birch trees welcomed the international guests to celebrate summer in the beautiful garden setting of the Giardino Corsi. A celebration of the partnership between China & Italy and Quis Quis that started at Shanghai Fashion Week when the Italian brand was invited to close the event with a mega fashion show. Alongside the Middle East and Europe, the Far East is indeed the new market on which Stefano Cavalleri is focusing his time, passion and energy.
