Il brand francese presenta la sua nuova collezione di calzature per l’autunno/inverno 2016-17, in occasione del 5° anniversario di attività.
Con la sua decima collezione di scarpe, quella per l’autunno-inverno 16-17, il brand di Marion Hanania, fondatrice e designer, festeggia i suoi primi cinque anni di attività. Il marchio, nella fase di creazione, sviluppo e fabbricazione,segue coerentemente una filosofia di prodotto “vegana” e cruelty-free, sempre tenendo alta la qualità nella produzione dei propri articoli. L’utilizzo di materiali quali la microfibra, il canvas e la gomma naturale danno vita a calzature leggere, idrorepellenti, durature e naturalmente comode e pratiche. Good Guys viene distribuito in tutto il mondo, dall’Australia al Canada, dagli Stati Uniti all’Europa: questo è il motivo per il quale Marion disegna una selezioni di stili diversi che possano adattarsi alle più svariate condizioni climatiche.
I “classici e basici” che la designer ha creato nel corso di questi anni vengono celebrati in modelli come le derby Aponi e i desert boot Ayita, a cui è stata iniettata nuova linfa, con l’aggiunta di un’iconica suola Vibram di elevato valore qualitativo. Il boot Norider, stiloso e molto confortevole, è reso ancora più pratico dalla zip posteriore. Il modello Gallo è un autentico must-have di questa stagione, e può facilmente essere indossato sopra o sotto. Uno dei look preferiti dal team di Good Guys, destinato a diventare tale anche per chi lo sceglie, è il Porgy, con il suo iconico design stile anni Sessanta, la parte superiore in microfibra e la suola in crepe naturale. Samo Fur, il best seller assoluto della stagione scorsa, indossa ora un “nuovo cappotto” in previsione dell’inverno e diventa ancora più comodo grazie alla parte interna in finta pelliccia e quella superiore in soffice suede, naturalmente vegano. Il modello Duke rappresenta il modo più modaiolo e rock’n’roll di indossare stivali da cowboy in tutto il pianeta.
E poiché festeggiare, da che mondo è mondo, significa ritrovarsi con gli amici, Marion per questa stagione ha collaborato con Daqui e Coralie di Le Triciycle, un ristorante vegetariano che si trova a Parigi in rue de Paradis dove si possono gustare deliziosi hot dog. I tre hanno disegnato accuratamente una piccola linea di sneakers disponibili presso i rivenditori Good Guys.

The French brand presents the A/W 2016 shoe collection on the occasion of its 5th anniversary
With his tenth collection of shoes, the one for Autumn/Winter 2016, the brand by the founder and designer Marion Hanania celebrates its first five years of business. During the design, development and manufacturing phases, the brand consistently follows a vegan and cruelty-free product philosophy, always maintaining a very high quality in the production of all its items. The use of materials such as microfibre, canvas and natural rubber give life to lightweight, waterproof, durable and, of course, comfortable and practical shoes. As Good Guys is distributed around the world, from Australia and Canada to the United States and Europe, Marion designs a selection of different styles that can adapt to various climatic conditions. The “classic and basic” that the designer has developed during these years are celebrated in styles like the derby Aponi and the desert boots Ayita, to which new lifeblood has been injected with the addition of an iconic Vibram sole of very high quality. Stylish and very comfortable, the Norider boots are made even more practical thanks to a zip on the back. This season, one of the true must-have items is the very versatile Gallo. One of the favourite styles by the Good Guys team, destined to become a favourite item also by the customers who will buy it, is the Porgy, with its iconic 1960’s design, a microfibre upper and a natural rubber crepe sole. Samo Fur, last season absolute bestseller, now wears a “new coat” for the upcoming cold season and becomes even more comfortable thanks to the fake fur lining and the upper in soft vegan suede. The Duke represents the trendiest and more rock’n roll way to wear cowboy boots on the planet. And because celebrating from time immemorial means ending up with friends, Marion worked this season with Daqui and Coralie from Le Triciycle, a vegetarian restaurant located in rue de Paradis in Paris where delicious hot dogs can be enjoyed. The three have carefully designed a small range of sneakers available at Good Guys retailers.
