10 Corso Como  opens its first store in the United States in the iconic and historic Seaport District, contributing to the transformation of Lower Manhattan into a new cultural, gastronomic and shopping epicentre. On the occasion of New York Fashion Week, the inaugural event on Thursday September 6th 2018, characterised by art, fashion, photography, design and cuisine, i.e. the union of culture and commerce that identify 10 Corso Como throughout the world. Founded in Milan in 1991 by the fashion journalist, publisher and gallery one Carla Sozzani, 10 Corso Como is, indeed, the precursor of the concept store thanks to the creation of a “virtual 3D magazine” where different codes and languages ​​are intertwined. 10 Corso Como New York presents itself as a new destination in the city, an epicentre of lifestyle and a meeting place for a community that plays close attention to culture and its many changes, according to the 10 Corso Como “slow shopping” philosophy, within the renewed scenario of Seaport.

The New York artist Kris Ruhs designed the interior. “Almost 30 years since the opening in Milan with 10 Corso Como, I am proud to be part of the rebirth of one of the historic artistic and commercial districts of New York”, revealed Carla Sozzani, the founder of 10 Corso Como.
