50 years of fashion in Barbieri’s photography
Until December 20th, the 29 Arts in Progress Gallery is host to the exhibition entitled, “Gian Paolo Barbieri eye, heart, and mind: 50 years of fashion photography and beauty”. 40 images, including several previously unpublished shots, cover the half-century career of one of the most important fashion photographers known worldwide. Giorgio Armani wrote about him: “Gian Paolo obtains incredible results without getting carried away by effects. With his fine hand, he’s able to transform an elegant dress into an imperial one.”
