Worth Partnership Project
It is just over a month until applications close for the first call of WORTH Partnership Project, the four-year project funded by the European Union Programme COSME for the competitiveness of SMEs, which aims to create transnational collaborations between creative minds, manufacturing enterprises (SMEs) and technology firms based in Europe and COSME countries, with the goal to develop new products, processes and business models.
Once selected, each partnership will receive financial support; tailor-made coaching and mentoring by specialists; networking activities and participation in two major trade fairs to meet potential buyers.
Partnerships submitted to the first cut-off will be evaluated and supported by a number of renowned experts including:
– Gonzalo Fonseca – Founder of fashion accessories brand Steve Mono
– Julia Koerner – Architect, product & fashion design
– Thomas Gnahm – Founder of Wear It Berlin
– Leslie Holden – Head of Fashion & Design at AMFI
-Wolfgang Mildner – Founder and Owner of MSWtech in Germany
– Javier Goyeneche – Founder of eco-fashion brand ECOALF
– Manuela Naveau – Austrian artist and curator of Ars Electronica
The initiative will be embarking on a 4 year journey to support 150 cross-boundary partnership projects, involving a minimum of 450 companies! The first application cut-off date is 31st December 2017 with more in 2018, 2019, and 2020.
