After the Pantone Color Institute unveiled Ultraviolet as the Pantone Colour of the Year 2018, many designers chose to incorporate this specific colour in their collections as a total look or for some garments and accessories.
Alex Soldier, the whimsical jewellery designer beloved by the most stylish tastemakers, decided to make Ultraviolet the main protagonist of the wonderful Blossom collection. Made of 18 carat gold and mostly with an amethyst, surmounted by peridots, sapphires, garnets and diamonds and set in the center of the precious pieces, the collection is not only a celebration of the new Pantone Colour of the Year. It is also an ode to the magic of the amethyst, one of the most spiritually fascinating and sensually stimulating gemstones.
