The Filippo Catarzi hat factory can be considered one of the most important specialized companies in Italy, unsurpassed in the production of fashion accessories in straw, wool, leather, and fabric.
It is a family-run company, founded in 1910 in Signa (Florence) by Olderigo Catarzi and, to this day, it is still based on traditions and craftsmanship, but also on research, creativity, and industrial organization inspired by the logic of dynamism and customization, as well as criteria of sustainability, thanks to the expert guidance of Maurizio Catarzi (great grandson of the founder) and his wife, Stefania Nistri.
The company produces two exclusive lines: Capogiro Firenze and Catarzi 1910. The first is lively, playful, colorful, and full of spirit, inspired by daily life, with an urban-type glamour. A new and affordable, yet, discreet luxury. Catarzi 1910 is, instead, its most prestigious line. Here, sophistication reaches its highest levels, resulting in superior quality hats with a timeless design. What unites the two lines is the unique style of each creation, attentive to new trends, but also to distinctive details.
