Cariaggi: a colourful and light Spring/Summer

The Cariaggi Spring/Summer 2017 collection is born from a dream suspended in a multitude of colours: a rainbow of shades that enhance to the highest levels possible the lightness and intangibility of the finest fibres. Cashmere, merino, silk and cotton are reinterpreted in increasingly finer gauges and are offered with different effects with extreme volumes and a soft smooth texture thanks to different processing techniques of the raw materials. The colour palette chosen for Spring/Summer 2017 ranges among soft colours that refer to nature, the sky, the sea, nuances that are able to transmit serenity, calm, tranquility.

Among the novelties of the new ‘Sirius’ range, a carded silk yarn gauge 2/46 and 2/60 which ensures an elegant matt effect. Another new development is the ‘Biarritz’ where mizar mixed with nylon creates a voluminous yet lightweight yarn. But the real highlight is the exclusive ‘Capri’, a cashemp yarn with micro sequins, the smallest on the market, for a stylish and elegant look. Another strong point of the new collection is the ‘Sistema Natura’, the Cariaggi range of ecological yarns whose colours are obtained from herbs, flowers, leaves, berries and the roots of medicinal plants.
