The art of dreaming

Dorian Ho: a dream of style between East and West

The taste for feminine elegance and for a simple and delicate sensuality that is never predictable: this is what distinguishes Dorian Ho’s creations. A life dedicated to fashion from an early age. After studying marketing at Boston University, Dorian returned to Hong Kong in 1993 and created his own brand, Dorian Ho, designed for the Chinese market. In 2001, he decided to spread his wings, selling his activities and, for the first time, completing a couture collection,  which brought his creations to two important international events: Mercedes Australian Fashion Week in Sydney and Seventh on Sixth in New York. This was the real debut for the  young designer, achieving vast recognition among his fans all over the world. In 2005, after having launched his own bridal wear line and a theme concept store, in 2006, he was awarded “The Outstanding Designers Award” at the Moët & Chandon’s Tribute to Asian Fashion Designers while, in 2007, he participated in the Bangkok International Fashion Week, where he personally received the “Recognition Award” from the Princess of Thailand herself. In the years that followed, great successes led him to start his  children and menswear lines. At the last Paris Fashion Week, Dorian had the opportunity to present his Autumn/Winter 2016 Collection, “Russian Renaissance”, in the exclusive location of the Hôtel d’Evreux, alongside other big names in international fashion. Dorian Ho’s style is intended to emphasize a woman’s silhouette, thanks to his classic designs that are, however,  never far from a modern creativity that is capable of illuminating every woman: splendid bead and crystal motifs created by hand  reveal a fashion concept that is a genuine artistic  expression.
