During the Assembly held in June, its President, Gianni Russo, in his first report, speaks of cohesion, of collaboration among all stakeholders, maintaining the respect of mutual autonomy a primary objective. “One of the things to strive for – states the President – is definitely digitalization. We are already preparing for the 4th stage of development. After mechanization, industrialization, and automation. Digitalization.”

In collaboration with Fiera Milano and the Chamber of Fashion, the dates have been postponed by two weeks, in order to meet the needs of exhibitors and visitors precisely under the perspective of collaboration and the respect of the interests of the client, first and foremost. Its concurrence with Milan Fashion Week will surely lead towards establishing new and productive synergies.

Showcased will be the style trends for Fall/Winter 2017/2018, presented by more than 1,100 exhibitors from 43 countries. Lineapelle is decisively the trade fair of reference for this area, and an inspiration for innovative and concrete ideas. The world fair that tanneries, accessory suppliers, component manufacturers, fabrics and synthetics producers, and model makers must attend. Another important feature for this fall edition is the new layout and positioning of the Trends Area. No longer in the Lem, the structures on the Ponte dei Mari, but within single pavilions, with a special set up that’s all to be revealed, so that contact with the market may become even more close-knit and productive. There will be three main areas respectively situated in pavilions 13-15, 9-11, and 22-24. We can definitely expect a record edition.
