Maison Signore hires the winner and another competitor from the “The young designers bridal awards” contest

Two fashion school students will become part of the staff of the Italian bridal wear company.

Maison Signore, the Italian bridal wear brand led by Gino Signore, chose to hire not only the overall winner of the second edition of “The young designers bridal awards” contest but also another competitor. The brand took this decision because both students proved to be capable to fully understand the instructions and the indications given to them by the Maison Signore style office during the three days of the competition. The overall winner was Ricardo Scotini from the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Rome who with “meticulousness, richness of details, clean shapes and lines and, above all, a strong creativity in line with the bridal world gave life on paper to really refined, original and elegant interpretations to the given themes”. Elisa Barsottelli, another student from IED in Rome who also revealed to be particularly capable and passionate, was provided by Maison Signore with a paid semester internship as a pattern maker and seamstress.
