Minitz s/s 2017
Sculpture and architecture are the inspirations for the collection designed by the Korean brand, Minitz, and its creative director, Kyoo Sun Lee. Silhouettes are structured, and prominent volumes marry simplicity and linearity, emphasizing the avant-garde approach, and that touch of modernity, which are inherent in the brand’s DNA. Oversized lines follow the trend of the moment. Stripes are complemented by neutral colors. Shirts are big, and cuffs are exaggerated, for pieces that seem sculpted on stiffened fabric – almost becoming a protective element – forged through skilled craftsmanship.
