Jessica Minh Anh chose Miranda Kostantinidou as the designer for the Spring/Summer 2016 catwalk show. The model and visionary, famous for bringing fashion to the most beautiful natural and architectural locations in the world, returns to the French capital on June 8th with a 100 meter floating walkway on the banks of the Seine.

Jessica selected the designer Miranda Kostantinidou for the highly anticipated J. Summer Fashion Show 2016 with a breathtaking backdrop straight from Paris. To create the illusion of models walking on water, the guest will be accommodate in front of the glass windows on the boat in motion. As a result, architectural wonders such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, the Louvre and 37 different bridges will become the natural background for this original catwalk. About her decision to invite Miranda Kostantinidou to the show, Jessica Minh Anh, always capable of discovering and introducing to the world the most interesting and innovative designers, said: “What most excites me is the level of creativity present in the collection. Miranda Kostantinidou manages to perfectly mix the energy sensations, relaxation and eternal freedom. Her clothes make women feel luxurious and desirable and yet at the same time they are simple and convenient. I think it is something extraordinary”.

Kostantinidou became famous worldwide thanks to her Konplott jewellery brand that, to date, has more than 70 stores in countries such as Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Switzerland, Russia and China. In 2012 Miranda introduced her Resort & Cruise couture collection at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin, attracting strong interest thanks to a perfect combination of fashion, jewellery and accessories. Extroverted but at the same time relaxed, the designer does not pursue the goal of filling the entire female wardrobe. Her interpretation of luxury is an attitude of independent and subjective openness: an inner richness that inspires, that can make things beautiful and precious and at the same time comfortable and simple. Her outfits can be elegant or casual depending on the occasion, without never neglecting the leitmotiv of graphic prints and the stylistic principles on which they are based.
