MODA MAKERS, the fifth edition from the textile-clothing district of Carpi

The fifth edition of the new Carpi Fashion System Expo will open its doors from May 15th to 17th. The event for producers of the textile-clothing District of Carpi will take place in Via dell’Agricoltura 43, a new permanent location for events by Carpi Fashion System. This is important news for the entire District and testifies to the growth achieved over the years by Moda Makers, as well as to the commitment that Carpi Fashion System puts in promoting Carpi’s growth on a global level. Thanks to the new CFS Expo, Moda Makers will be able to further expand, welcoming many of the companies that have expressed their desire in previous editions to be a part of this affair, not only strengthening its importance, but also the overall image that the District expresses on both a national and international level. The new location, which was specially designed to host this and other events, is located in front of the Brennero highway, therefore, easily accessible, also adding to its visibility. Moreover, with its overall 3,100 square meters, and about 2,700 square meters of exhibition space, it now boasts a much larger surface area than that of the past editions of Moda Makers. This allows for an increase in the number of participating companies, which was previously not possible, due to the structural limitations imposed by the capacity of Piazzale Re Astolfo. In addition to this, guaranteeing an increasingly integrated and complete fashion system for Carpi, works are proceeding towards the creation of the Creativity Hub, which will also contain a Fab Lab, with a particular attention towards training. Moda Makers, as well as Carpi Fashion System, is promoted by entrepreneurial associations from across the territory, such as CNA, LAPAMConfartigianato, CONFINDUSTRIA EMILIA, as well as by the City of Carpi and Promec, with an important contribution by the Fondazione CR Carpi and organization by Expo Modena.
