A new Casadei boutique in Rome
The new Casadei flagship store in Rome occupies a 90 square meter space in Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina 4a. The creative director Cesare Casadei worked in collaboration with the architect Marco Costanzi to create a space able to enclose all the specific characteristics of the Casadei creations. Innovative design, materials research, handcrafted seduction, the best expression of Made in Italy manufacturing for each style.
Precious materials, such as brass, silver, briar wood, marble, are used to create different display areas in the store located within Palazzo Ruspoli. Each area is characterised by diagonal lines that cut ceilings and floors like knives, creating complex geometries. Mirrored walls behind bright brass frames the shoes. On the opposite wall, the collection is showcased in a series of lightweight displays covered in velvet and edged in silver and brass. Peach blossom coloured marble footboards complete the look.
