Palazzo Versace Dubai

One Thousand and One Nights of Versace

Palazzo Versace Dubai is the new temple of Italian luxury in the Middle East.

Palazzo Versace Dubai is an authentic “white elephant” reflected in the warm waters of the Persian Gulf. Boastful of pomp and glittering lights, the looks of its facade is unmistakable thanks to the neoclassical style, chosen by the brand of the Medusa as an emblem of luxury with roots in the distant past of European monarchies and even earlier, all the way in the Magna Grecia of Southern Italy that was the evolution and development of the culture and aesthetics of the Ancient Greeks.

Built with Enshaa Group, one of the leading real estate developers in Dubai, the luxurious complex has 215 rooms, including 65 suites, with areas and furnishings designed under the artistic direction of Donatella Versace.

The luxury and the passion for detail can be felt everywhere: from the hand-painted ceilings with gold decorations to the precious marbles, including the precious mosaics that interpret the unmistakeable lifestyle of the Maison. The iconic motifs of the brand, like the Medusa, the Greek Fret and the legendary prints, some created exclusively for Palazzo Versace Dubai, are everywhere. The Grand Lobby, which occupies an area of about 1000 square meters, is characterised by an extraordinary handmade carpet with a Baroque mosaic motif. Bespoke furniture and refined textile accessories depict the ‘Pavone’, the’ Falco’ and the ‘Cavallo’, the three prints specifically designed for Palazzo Versace Dubai.

The complex includes 169 one to six room private residences, all decorated and furnished in Versace style. Palazzo Versace Dubai is the second in the world: the first in Australia’s Gold Coast was the pioneer of fashion-luxury hotel and a third will be built in Macau.
