The brand new limited edition Stone Island jackets
A new chapter for the Stone Island Online Prototype Research_Series with the launch of the capsule collection Garment Dyed Dyneema®. The limited edition range consists of two sets of 50 jackets, made of Dyneema®, the strongest and more resilient super lightweight fibre in the world, and garment-dyed with 50 different dyes developed specifically by the Stone Island research and development laboratory.
Previewed at the Salone del Mobile in Milan with an atmospheric installation under the aegis of Tortona Design Week, the 100 garments of the limited edition range Prototype Research_Series 02 are available from the end of April exclusively on www.stoneisland.com.
Launched in November 2016, the limited edition range Prototype Research_Series debuted with the Lasering On Liquid Reflective Base anorak, made of an exclusive highly reflective fabric, coated with thousands of tiny glass beads, hand-sprayed with colour resins, oven-dried and lasered with CNC rays to change the material texture with three-dimensional tone on tone effects.
