For Spring 2016  Romona Keveža pays  homage to the International Heiress

For Spring/Summer 2016, designer Romona Keveža explores th-ree distinct feminine archetypes: The Modernist, the Goddess and the  Princess.  The Romona Keveža Collection opens with Keveža’s signature look, a modern silk crepe gown in Romona Red, with sharp architectural cutouts and sky-high slit. This grouping consists of essential silhouettes, from seamless bodices and clean lines, to delicately beaded  gowns that glisten with the slightest movement, moulded to the body for a perfect fit. The dominant colours are vibrant Romona Red, White  and Black with accents of Lavender. The Collection then flows into the Goddess grouping with luxurious charmeuse gowns in rich pastels and jewelled tones. Exquisitely draped necklines and fluid skirts form silhouettes that exude an effortless sensuality. We are then introduced to  the  Modern Prin- cess with playful yet sensual cocktail dresses made of silk mikado, hand painted in a lavish Tuscan floral motif, awakening our senses to the richness of nature. The Collection culminates with two magnificent ball gowns showcasing Tuscan Garden designs with lush green leaves, bursts of blue hydrangeas, accented with golden sunset yellows. Rich lavender hues are complimented beautifully by bril liant berry tones.  Perfect ball gowns for today’s modern princess, a woman with a joyful spirit who is unapologetic in her expression of imagination. A woman who isn’t afraid to dream and who lives life with an open heart. Together these three distinct, yet equally timeless inspirations, the Modernist, the Goddess and the Modern Princess, form a luxuriously sophisticated Collection.
