A collection that is a story somewhere between a dystopic future and a return to nature. The Sofia Nogard woman strips herself of all the frills of a modernity that is often pushed to the limit, and she does so by setting aside the virtual and preferring the material, the concrete, the tangible. Frayed hems and visible seams that impart an air of experience, emphasizing elongated silhouettes, while a knowing mix-and-match of fabrics, structures, and colors combine with the roughness of natural textures and the softness of fur and velvet. Blacks, purples, and blues join coppery accents.
