THE NINTH EDITION OF THE PV AWARDS

FASHION SMART CREATION PRIZES, SYNAPSON AND JOHN MALKOVICH AT THE NINTH EDITION OF THE PV AWARDS
A brand new edition of the Première Vision competition is taking place on September 19th.

Blossom premiere

Held at the Parc des Expositions in Paris Nord Villepinte at Forum 6 at 17:30, the ninth edition of the PV Awards features many surprises that will revolutionise the competition by transforming it into a more unique and rare event. As a matter of fact, in addition to the existing 6 awards, two more prizes will be awarded for fashion-related creativity applied to fabrics and leather. Tanners and weavers will have to put up all their creative stops to win these two new awards called Fashion Smart Creation Prizes. The whole competition will also be accompanied by the music of Synapson, a French electro-pop music duo with surprising rhythmic sets. To close the circle, influential personalities from the international fashion scene are invited by Première Vision to select who will deserve the awards. “The creation of clothing has become a real expression for me in the same vein as theatre or cinema”, revealed in an interview no other than the actor and designer John Malkovich who is acting as president of the jury of the ninth edition on the PV Awards. For those who did not know, we would to reiterate that John Malkovich has been interested in fashion since university when he learned to sketch alongside personalities such as James Acheson and Caroline de Visaise as he states in his interview. In 2012 he founded his own fashion brand, creating refined and classy men’s clothing as a reflection of himself.  In addition, Première Vision invited the artist Miguel Chevalier who created ‘Fractal Flowers’ exclusively for the event, a full on absolute immersion in a creative dimension.

Première Vision, therefore, exceeds expectations once again, creating an unmissable event of elegance and creativity also focused on an ongoing promotion of the eco-responsible initiatives of its exhibitors in the hope of creating new generations based on eco values as well as on fashion.
